    Mike O’Connell :I’m one satisfied customer! I’ll admit I was skeptical when I bought the TV from Strathroy Audio Video and had to pay for the T.R.E.W. membership. But when a problem developed with our 2 1/2 yr. old TV and a service call did not correct the problem, we took delivery today of a brand new replacement TV with no hassles, questions or trying to skirt the issue – problem resolved period, and for that, we are truly appreciative. Thank you Ron and staff for the outstanding service, and it’s comforting to know that both our TVs are under T.R.E.W protection plans should we have a problem with either TV in the future. Thanks again for some truly outstanding service and support..I’m converted – T.R.E.W protection is worth every penny of the cost.

    It does pay to shop in Strathroy! I bought & had a new TV installed recently. The prices are really competitive and the purchase experience was informative, pleasant & without pressure. After my purchase I visited a number of times for measurements & always found the staff helpful & friendly. The staff that mounted & installed my TV were extremely experienced & had the TV mounted & hooked up in short time to my present equipment. They also were able to walk me through how to use my new remote and how it interfaced with my present equipment. All in all, their motto is valid & I’m glad I shopped at Strathroy Audio Video.     I own a news publishing company and needed HD tv’s to view and proof pictures that my employee parker keeps sending me of a certain scheming web-slinger. Strathroy Audio Video was the best choice for quality audio visual equipment.

    We are very pleased with Strathroy Audio Video. The seven year T.R.E.W membership gives us peace of mind if anything should fail, it will be looked after. The staff were very friendly and informative (this is the second TV we have purchased from Strathroy Audio).     Great audio and video deals for sure . At first sight maybe this T . R . E . W . membership makes me hesitate . But after 3 years of using their TV I just got replacement TV and I am very satisfied with that service.

    My wife & I shopped around London for a HD-TV. After hearing your on add on the radio, we took a short drive to Strathroy to your store. We were very impressed! When we decided to buy we returned to your store. The following is on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the very best—-

    A pleasant welcome by the staff …10
    Staff had excellant product knowledge of LCD, LED & PLASMA etc …10
    Delivery was exactly as scheduled …10
    Setup was done as desired by me so I could use my existing audio equipment etc …10
    Wires were very well grouped & hidden …10
    Packing etc. taken away …10
    Old TV taken away for a reasonable fee …10
    Advised by delivery men to call the store if I had any problem or questions …10

    I would recommend Strathroy Audio & Video to anyone I knew!!!

    I would like to thank the installers who spent long hours over two days to resolve a problem. The problem was an audio hum which seemed to involve the Rogers PVR/ digital box. The problem was not resolved on the installation day despite several attempts and about 3-4 hours. They took the box back to the store and tested it to find that it was ok. There was a slight misunderstanding in that they thought that if the box was defective, it was Rogers’ responsibility but a call to Rogers confirmed that it was the store’s responsibility since I had purchased the box. They came back on Monday and again after some time were able to resolve the problem. I appreciate the time spent to resolve the problem and am pleased to have a wonderful system.
